Cancellation & Refund Policy
Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelledand will instead fall under our Return Policy.
- Customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery cannot be cancelledonce production has begun.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received backand successfully passes our quality inspection.
- Approved refunds will be credited to the customer’s original payment methodwithin 10–12 business days.
- Shipping charges, taxes, duties, and making charges are non-refundable.
- In case of payment gateway delays, Giorgio Pilano is not liable, but we will assist customers in tracking the status with the payment provider.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not applicable for:
- Jewellery that has been worn, damaged, altered, or is missing original packaging, tags, or certificates.
- Customized, engraved, or bespoke items.
- International orders, unless the product is delivered defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hoursof delivery along with clear photos/videosof the product.
- After verification, we will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund as per your preference.
