Are your diamonds real?
Yes. All our lab-grown diamonds are 100% real diamonds, created using advanced technology (CVD/HPHT).
They have the same chemical, physical, and optical properties as natural diamonds.
Are your products certified?
Yes. All diamonds and gemstones come with certification from trusted labs like IGI, SGL, EGL, or GIA, depending on the product.
Do you offer customized jewellery?
Yes. We offer customization for rings, pendants, bracelets, earrings, and more.
Customized or engraved items are not eligible for cancellation, return, or buyback.
What are your shipping timelines?
India:7–10 business days
• International:3–4 weeks (subject to customs clearance)
All shipments are fully insured until delivery.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID will be sent to your email/SMS.
You can track your shipment online at any time.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for unused and unworn items in original condition.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Customized or altered pieces are not returnable.
Do you offer exchanges or buyback?
Yes.
• Lifetime Exchange: 100% value, if new purchase is 30% higher than original invoice.
• Lifetime Buyback: 80% value on Gold & Lab-Grown Diamond jewellery (not applicable on silver).
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, they fall under the Return Policy.
Customized/made-to-order items cannot be cancelled after production begins.
What payment methods do you accept?

All payments are processed securely through third-party providers.
Is COD available?
Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not offered due to the high-value nature of our products.
Do you ship internationally?
