Return, Exchange & Buyback Policy
- Returns
- Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
- Jewellery must be unused, unworn, and in original conditionwith tags, certificates, and packaging intact.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer at actuals.
- Refunds are initiated only after our quality inspection teamverifies and approves the returned item.
- Replacement/Exchange orders will be delivered within 7–10 business days after approval.
- Lifetime Exchange
- Enjoy 100% Lifetime Exchangeon the jewellery value.
- Exchange is valid only if the new purchase is at least 30% higherthan the original invoice amount.
- Jewellery must pass quality inspection before acceptance for exchange.
- Exchange value is based on prevailing gold, silver, and lab-grown diamond rates, excluding:
– Making charges
– Taxes
– Duties
– Shipping - Exchange value will be offered in-store or online as per customer preference.
- Lifetime Buyback (Gold & Lab-Grown Diamond Jewellery Only)
- Applicable onlyon Gold & Lab-Grown Diamond Jewellery(not eligible for silver jewellery).
- Customers will receive 80% of the net sale amount as Buyback Value.
- Net Sale Amount = Invoice Value – (Making Charges + Taxes + Duties + Shipping)
- Jewellery must pass authenticity and quality checks before buyback approval.
- Buyback value will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as preferred by the customer.
- Exclusions
- Silver jewelleryis noteligible for buyback (only exchange as per policy).
- Customized, engraved, altered, or damaged jewellery is not eligible for return, exchange, or buyback.
- International orders: Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item is delivered defective.
