Acceptance of Terms

• These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern your use of the Giorgio Pilanowebsite (“Site”), all related services, products, and purchases.
• By using the Site or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years oldor have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
  
• Giorgio Pilano may amend or update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the Site; your continued use constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Account Registration & Use

• You may be required to create an account to purchase or access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
•  You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all actions performed under your account.
• You may not share your account or allow others to use it without authorization.

Products, Pricing & Availability

• We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability are accurate. Minor variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, natural gemstone variation, or lab-grown diamond characteristics.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR)unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice due to metal/diamond rate fluctuations or operational costs.
• If a product is incorrectly priced, out of stock, or its availability changes, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse the order. You will be notified, and refunds will be issued if payment has been made.

Payments & Order Confirmation

• Orders are confirmed only when payment is successfully processed via approved payment methods.
• Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, wallet payments, and international payment options.
•  We do not store full card details — payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
• Once an order is placed, modifications are limited. Cancellations follow our Return & Exchange Policy.

Shipping & Delivery

• Domestic (India) orders: 7–10 business daysafter dispatch.
• International orders: 3–4 weeks, subject to customs and regulatory delays.
•  All orders are fully insured until deliveryand require signature or OTP verification.
  
• Giorgio Pilano is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs, weather, strikes, or other unforeseen factors.

Returns, Exchange & Buyback Policies

• Returns:Accepted within 3 daysof delivery if the item is unused, unworn, and returned with original packaging, tags, and certificates. Return shipping cost is borne by the customer.
  
• Lifetime Exchange: Allowed if purchasing an item at least 30% higher than the original invoice value. Returned jewellery must pass quality inspection.
  
• Lifetime Buyback: Available only for Gold & Lab-Grown Diamond jewellery. Customers will receive 80% of the net sale amount (Invoice Value minus making charges, taxes, duties, shipping). Silver jewellery is not eligible for buyback.
•  Items that are customized, engraved, altered, or damaged are not eligible for return, exchange, or buyback.

Jewellery Quality & Certification Standards

• Our products are nickel-free, hypoallergenic, and crafted with anti-tarnish finishes.
•  Materials include 925 Sterling Silver, 9K, 14K, 18K Gold, and 18K Gold Vermeil(thick gold plating over 925 silver).
• All diamonds (Lab-Grown) and gemstones are certified by reputed laboratories such as IGI, SGL, EGL, and GIA, ensuring authenticity, grading accuracy, and ethical sourcing.

Intellectual Property Rights

• All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, designs, and images — is the property of Giorgio Pilanoor its licensors and is protected under copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
•  You may use content solely for personal shopping. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or creation of derivative works without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

• Giorgio Pilanois not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site, products, or services.
•  We are not responsible for damages caused by misuse, neglect, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
• Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Giorgio Pilano, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jalandhar, Punjab(updated to match your business location).
•  If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified or severed while the rest of the Terms remain in effect.

Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access or account if you violate these Terms.
•  Termination does not affect rights or liabilities that have already accrued.
•  Obligations that are intended to survive termination (e.g., warranties, limitations, etc.) will remain in effect.

Privacy Policy & Cookies

• Use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Site, you agree to that Policy.
•  We use cookies and related technologies to enhance functionality, improve performance, and personalize your experience. You may adjust browser cookie settings, though some features may not function properly if disabled.

Notifications & Communication

•  Operational messages (order confirmations, shipping updates, etc.) are essential and cannot typically be opted out of.

Entire Agreement & Severability

• These Terms, combined with all referenced policies (Return/Exchange/Buyback, Privacy, Shipping), constitute the complete agreement between you and Giorgio Pilanoregarding use of the Site and purchase of products.
•  If any clause is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimal extent required without affecting the remaining provisions.
